Within your 1-year warranty period, you have two service opportunities: a 60-day check-in and an 11-month warranty appointment. After service is completed, a warranty feedback survey will be emailed to you to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
In addition to the warranty, Huron Homes provides a detailed homeowner’s handbook which includes key contacts for utilities, emergency services, a copy of your limited warranty, and a tutorial on how to care for your new home.
All requests related to city services, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, electric, fire protection, garage doors should be directed first to the vendor. The vendors typically have after hour service, and can provide a faster response than working through our team to schedule a service appointment. Contacts for the vendors are in your homeowners handbook received at closing.
Are you having an issue with an appliance? Your appliances are warranted by the manufacturer and warrantees transfer to you at closing. Contact ABT Appliances of Glenview, IL for major home appliance service, or the HVAC contractor for heating and air conditioning appliances.
